Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

We ship most in-stock merchandise within 36 hours of receiving your order and verify payment. Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Certain heavy or over sized items may have extra shipping costs. Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 7-10 business days. The carrier will require that you accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the delivery if you discover any damage.

Returns and Replacement Policy:

Pilgrim will at its discretion repair or replace a defective item if there is a manufacturing defect, unless the item is noted as blemished or a discontinued close-out, in which case a store credit will be issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start a return request, contact customerservice@pilgrimhearth.com and request an RMA # and return form. The RMA# and Return Form must be included with the item. Be sure to include the Product Item# on the Return Form. The item must be shipped pre-paid. The item must be shipped in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. All sales items that are considered “blemished” or “discontinued” merchandise will be final - no refunds allowed. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday 8-am -4:30pm PST. Our policy is to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.
